- A mix of native variety Jowar (83%) and unpolished whole Black gram / Urad (17%) is milled in stone grinders to make this nutritious, protein-rich gluten-free flour.
Usage:
- Traditionally used to make soft, delicious Bhakris. Can also be used to make crispy pakodas, thalipeeth and pancakes. Replace ½ cup rice with Bhakri atta to make batter for tasty multigrain dosas or idlis.
