HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY DOMESTIC ORDER TO ARRIVE?
  • Most orders are shipped within 1 business day and will arrive within 2-3 business days.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER TO ARRIVE?

  • Most International orders arrive between 7-14 business days. Due to customs clearance, some orders may take up to 4 weeks.

 

MY PARCEL IS MARKED AS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT

  • Thankfully in this era shipping companies have GPS scanners that are extremely effective in pin pointing where the package was delivered. We recommend contacting your local PO of this issue and they will work with you on this. If this does not work reach out to us and we will open up an investigation with your carrier to excavate the package. Reaching out to your local PO is extremely effective.

 

WHY IS MY TRACKING NOT UPDATING? 

  • Products are updated by being scanned by the carrier. There are very few but certain circumstances where a label is printed but not shipped out on that day. This could be due to reasons such as a stock shipment delay. Reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns. Any labels that are printed are our first priority to get finished.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

  • We accept returns for any reason within 30 days from delivery. The only exception is custom gear where we etched a name, logo, or words on the equipment. Returns must be in the original packaging, unused, and with the tags still attached.

 

ARE THERE ANY RESTOCKING FEES?

  •  There will be NO restocking fees for products returned within the return window in the original condition it was received. A restocking fee of at least 20% will be applied if the item is returned not according to the guidelines depending on the severity of the situation at our discretion. 

 

HOW DO I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

  • Reach out to us via email and let us know the reason why you are exchanging, and what you are exchanging for so we can have your exchange prepared for when we receive your returned item. To prevent any delays please provide your order # as well as a note that includes what you wish to exchange for. 

     CAN I CHANGE OR EDIT MY ORDER?

    • We strongly suggest that you thoroughly review your order details prior to confirming. We take pride in our fast shipping which provides of a small window of altering an order. Please reach out to us ASAP at bennyscalzo@greatcallathletics.com to get this handled right away.



    WHEN WILL ITEMS BE RESTOCKED

    • We stay on top of stock as best as we possible can. If an item is out of stock it is likely due to the manufacturer being backordered or a delayed shipment. Most products will be out of stock no more than a week and certain products will be out of stock for the season.

     

    WHY IS THERE A CUSTOMS FEE OR VAT WITH MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER?

    • When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause delays beyond our control. International orders may be subject to import duties or charges implemented by a specific country, we have no control over these fees.
