HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY DOMESTIC ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Most domestic orders ship within 1 business day and typically arrive within 2–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier.


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Most international orders arrive within 7–14 business days. However, due to customs clearance, some shipments may take up to 4 weeks. We appreciate your patience.


MY PARCEL IS MARKED DELIVERED, BUT I DIDN’T RECEIVE IT
Carriers now use GPS-based scanning to track exact drop-off points. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you don’t have the package, please contact your local post office first—they’re often able to locate it.
If that doesn't resolve the issue, contact us at orders@greatcallathletics.com, and we’ll open an investigation with the carrier.


WHY IS MY TRACKING NOT UPDATING?
Tracking updates when your package is scanned by the carrier. Occasionally, a label may be printed before the item physically ships—this may be due to stock delays or fulfillment timing. If your tracking hasn’t updated after 48 hours, feel free to reach out to us.


WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for most items. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached.
Custom items—such as gear with names, logos, or personalizations—are not eligible for return.


ARE THERE ANY RESTOCKING FEES?
No restocking fees apply if the item is returned on time and in original condition.
Returns that don’t meet these guidelines may be subject to a restocking fee of 20% or more, at our discretion.


HOW DO I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
Email us at orders@greatcallathletics.com with your order number, the reason for the exchange, and what you’d like in return. Include a note in your return package with this information to help us process it quickly.


CAN I CHANGE OR EDIT MY ORDER?
Because we ship fast, there's only a short window to make changes. Review your order carefully before placing it.
If you need to make a change, email us immediately at orders@greatcallathletics.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate.


WHEN WILL ITEMS BE RESTOCKED?
We restock items regularly. If something is sold out, it’s likely due to manufacturer backorder or a delayed shipment. Most items are restocked within 1 week, though some seasonal products may be out longer.


WHY WAS I CHARGED A CUSTOMS FEE OR VAT ON MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER?
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or VAT, depending on the destination country. These fees are not controlled by us and are the responsibility of the buyer. Customs may also delay delivery beyond the estimated timeframe.
