How Are Shipping Costs Determined?

  • Free standard shipping is offered on non-LTL items with purchases over $50 within the 48 continental U.S. states.

  • Orders under $50 may incur a standard shipping fee.

  • Alaska and Hawaii are eligible only for expedited shipping.

  • International shipping is calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

When Will My Order Ship?

  • Most orders ship within 2 business days.

  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

  • Shipping timelines may vary based on item, carrier volume, and location.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

  • Standard (USPS Ground Advantage) – Typically 3–4 business days

  • Priority Mail (USPS) – Typically 2–3 business days

  • Expedited Shipping – Estimated 2 business days

  • Express Shipping – Estimated 1 business day

All delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier conditions.

How Can I Track My Shipment?

Tracking details will be sent to the email on file once your order ships.
You can also view shipping status anytime on the ‘Your Orders’ page.

What If I Never Received My Order?

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you didn’t receive the item, or if your package appears delayed, please reach out to:
orders@greatcallathletics.com

We’ll help investigate and resolve the issue. In case of a carrier delay, we ask that buyers allow up to 21 days from the initial tracking scan before requesting a refund. This gives us time to properly trace and recover the shipment.

LTL Freight & Wrestling Mats

Larger items like wrestling mats ship via LTL freight and are not eligible for free shipping.
A flat-rate trucking charge applies.

FOB Origin – LTL Freight Terms

All LTL freight shipments are FOB Origin. Once goods are loaded onto the truck, the buyer assumes all risk.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect the shipment upon delivery, note any damage on the Bill of Lading, and file any claims directly with the carrier.
We may assist as a courtesy, but responsibility remains with the customer.
