How Are Shipping Costs Determined?
- Domestic shipping is free within the 48 continental states.
- Alaska and Hawaii are eligible only for expedited shipping.
- International shipping will be calculated accordingly by size and weight.
When Will My Order Ship?
- Orders will be shipped within 2 business days.
- Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include federal holidays within the United States.
What Shipping Methods Are Available?
- Standard USPS first class shipping delivers within 3-4 business days.
- USPS priority shipping delivers within 2-3 business days.
- Expedited shipping will be delivered within 2 business days.
- Express shipping will be delivered within 1 business day.
Please Note: If you select Express or Expedited shipping, your order must be received and credit must be approved by 1:00 p.m. EST, or it may not be processed until the next business day.
How Can I Track My Shipment?
- Tracking will be sent to the email address on file as soon as the item is shipped.
- You can view the the status of your shipment on 'your orders' page
What If I Never Received My Order?
- Occasionally packages may become lost in transit, delayed, or delivered to an incorrect address. Check your tracking number to determine whether it has been marked 'delivered' or not. If you have not received your package, please reach out to us at bennyscalzo@greatcallathletics.com so we can assist you.
- In the event of a carrier delay, the buyer agrees to wait 21 days from the date of the initial scan before requesting a refund. This allows us sufficient time to locate the package and resolve the issue.
