Refund policy

Returns

We will accept a return within 30 days beginning the day you have received the item. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached as the manufacturer intended.

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. soap bars, custom gear with names imprinted, or undergarments cannot be returned. 

Refunds

Your return will be inspected to make sure the following criteria is met:

• Item is in the original packaging
• Item is unworn
• Item has all tags attached the way the manufacturer intended

Items that meet this criteria will not be charged any restocking fees. Items that do not meet this criteria but are in acceptable condition will be charged a minimum restocking fee of 20% and up to 50% depending on the severity in which we have discretion. We have the right to refuse a return if the return item is shipped outside the return window, or in an unsatisfactory condition. Your refund will be posted within 7 days from when the product was received

Exchanges 

Please contact us so we can have your exchange prepared for when we receive your item.  Please let us know the reason why you are exchanging, and what you are exchanging for. Buyer will be responsible for exchange shipping costs. I
