Directions:
  • Diffuse about 5 drops of Clary Sage essential oil at home or work. Mix 2–3 drops of oil with a half teaspoon of coconut oil and apply it topically to your neck, chest, nose, forehead & feet.
  • For spotless skin and muscle care, mix 2–3 drops of Sage essential oil with half teaspoon of coconut oil and apply it to affected area.
