Shri Malhari Bisi Bele Bath masala

Ingredients:
Cashew nuts, Coriander seeds, Cumin Seeds, Black gram, Cloves, bay leaf, Elaichi, Asafetida & other spices 

Cooking Directions:
Cook 1/4 cup of rice, 1/4cup of toor dal, 1 cup of carrot+beans+Aloo, 1 slit green chilly, 1/2 tbs turmeric, 1/2tbs ghee,
add 5 cups of water and cook it in a pressure cooker for three whistles. Now in a cup add 4Tbs of Malhari Bisi- bele- bath Masala, make it as a paste add to the cooked ingredients mash well,
cook on a medium flame and now Heat a pan add 5 tsp of oil, 1/2 Tsb mustard cumin,2 Tbs cashew nuts, dry red chillies, curry leaves. Serve hot rice with a dollop of Ghee, pappadam/farms.
