Roopak's Special Achari Masala
Ingredients:
- Salt, Fennel, Fenugreek seeds, Chillies, Turmeric, Nigella, Dry mango powder, Black pepper, Cumin, Black Cardamom, Cinnamon, Cloves, Ginger, Nutmeg, Mace.
Directions to Use:
- Heat a few tablespoons of oil in a pan, add the Roopak’s Achari Masala and stir for a few minutes, once this tangy and zesty masala is ready you can add anything from pre-fried vegetables to chicken to complete the dish.
