The Malwa region of central India is known for its namkeen, so much so that the locals incorporate it in most of their meals.
One of the popular ones amongst their namkeen is the local mixture. Made of rice flakes, gathiya, and sev, tossed in a homely spice mix, our Malwa mixture is loaded with peanuts and gram and carries the distinct khatta meetha taste of Malwa.
