About the Author :Shiv Kumar works as Commercial Tax Officer in Bihar. He quit his job as an engineer in the public sector company BHEL to work for his home state. He has travelled extensively throughout India during the course of his work. An alumnus of the prestigious Modern School, Barakhamba Road, New Delhi, he is passionate about reading and writing and prefers subjects which provide an insight into issues concerning contemporary Indian social reality. Other genres he is fond of are travel writing, thrillers and crime fiction.
