Pumpkin Seeds are rich in minerals (Magnesium, manganese, and zinc), protein & Vitamin E. It is a good source of healthy fats. Dhatu’s pumpkin seed butter does not contain any stabilizers, additives & sugar. It is raw and stone grounded into butter.How to Store the Product: Store in a cool and dry place. Refrigerating the product after opening may harden the butter. Since it is all natural butter without any added stabilizers, oil may separate and collect on the top of the butter when kept out.
How to use the Product: Use it as a spread for breads or with roasted vegetables. It can be used as a dipping for fruits, in milkshakes & in baking. Mix any oil on the top before scooping the butter.
