Borealis Cafe Cups

The cafe cups are a tall and tapered form perfect for your coffee or tea. Each one has three indents along the side for comfy holding. The beauty of this combo is that no two are ever the same. Some of the mugs have more of a stripe of bronze while in other firings it runs. I have no control over this and please note this is part of the charm of handmade. See the photos for a better understanding of these variations. Process: Each Borealis mug is meticulously crafted on the potter’s wheel and hand trimmed then handled. Each piece is glazed in a series of our signature glaze combos. Materials: A speckled brown stoneware clay. Durable, lead free glazes custom mixed in my studio. Color Options Dawn: Neutrals including beige, white, bronze and subtle hints of green and pink Dusk: A cheerful combo of biege, bronze and two shades of pink. Size & Capacity: All measurements are approximate due to the hand thrown nature of my work. ~3.5 inches tall x 4 inches wide. 12 ounce capacity. Care: Microwave and dishwasher safe.
