Preparation method:

  • In a thick bottom vessel, boil 600 ml water 
  • Add the contents of the pack, stir, cover, and simmer on medium flame for 5 minutes. Stir it occasionally. A little excess water may be present. Let it be
  • Cover and rest the pongal for 2 min. Excess water if present will get absorbed while resting. You can stir in a tbsp of ghee and serve.
