StrikerFire Control: You cock with a sliding striker button, not an external hammer. When you open the action, it de-cocks automatically so the rifle is not left live while you reload.
Vapr Twist Barrel: A 28-inch chromoly barrel, tapered and fluted, with a 1:20 Vapr twist. You settle the crosshair and the projectile stays in the groove you chose.
Tac2 Trigger: A two-stage competition-style trigger lets you press through the stage, then break the shot without fighting the rifle.
Speed Load System: The one-piece Accelerator breech plug and Speed Load System keep 209 primer ignition consistent when you are stuffing the next charge in the dark.
Field Carry: An LT-1 alloy frame, Hogue overmolding, and a recoil-reducing buttstock and buttpad keep the rifle in your shoulder through the follow-through. Sling studs and a Quick-T ramrod with a solid aluminum rod stay on the gun.
