Traditions Trapper Flintlock Pistol

Flint, steel, and a single ball. Few shooters ever learn what that asks of them.

Most shooters never go past the percussion cap, and this pistol is for the ones who do.

Hold Through the Flash: Flintlock ignition rewards follow-through. You level the blade front in the rear notch, press, and keep the sights on the mark while the pan flashes and the shot goes.

Two Ways to Press: The double set trigger fires set or unset. Set it for a light, deliberate break, or leave it unset and press straight through.

Sights You Can Tune: The primitive-style rear sight adjusts for consistent shot placement. Set it for your load and hold the same picture every time.

Mountain Man Lines: The octagonal barrel and hardwood stock follow the sidearms early mountain men carried as a reliable backup. It sits beside a long rifle like it has always been there.

Short, Handy, Serious: A 9.75 inch barrel in .50 caliber and 15.5 inches overall. It carries easily, and it is not a toy.

Learn the flintlock, and find out how steady your hands really are.
