A long rifle on the wall says something. A long rifle you built and hunted with says more.
Most hunters buy their history finished, and a few choose to put their own hands on it first.
Your Work in Every Line: The kit is factory pre-assembled for proper fit, and step-by-step instructions guide the assembly at home. The white barrel and raw hardwood are yours to finish.
The Long Barrel Tradition: A 33.5 inch octagonal barrel with a 1 in 66 inch twist gives you a traditional .50 caliber configuration. It loads and shoots the way a long rifle was meant to.
Settled on Target: Seven pounds and a long barrel settle into your hands. You rest it against the oak, set the blade in the notch, and wait for the deer to clear the brush.
Simple Sights, Clear Picture: Fixed and blade sights keep the sight picture plain. There is nothing to fuss with on the walk in.
Details That Carry the Look: A brass trigger and fixed tang complete the classic build. Percussion ignition keeps the firing routine simple once the bench work is done.
Build the rifle first, then earn the right to hang it on the wall.
