Find the model number printed on your Tilos mask, use the compatibility guide below, then select the matching replacement part. Colors are listed separately when available.

  • Thin C clip: thinner straps such as MS500 and MS300
  • Thick C clip: standard straps such as MS200 and MS210
  • Pins: P1 and P2 are optional replacement pins unless the selected buckle requires one
  • No replacement available: Cogito M189 and Morphi M910 use different buckle structures

Part E: choose the correct peg size

Part E comes in two peg sizes. Match your mask model before ordering; the two sizes are not interchangeable.

  • Small peg - M250: MA-EBK (black) and MA-EWT (white).
  • Large peg - M580 / M590: MA-E-LBK (black), with a slightly larger mounting peg for these masks.

These are individual Part E replacements, not complete buckle assemblies.
