The shot is the easy part. The work starts when the animal is down and the truck is miles away.

Some hunters plan for the pack out, and some find out how heavy it is on the way back.

Weight Where It Belongs: Three load lifter attachment points let you balance the load against your body. The weight sits close and controlled, not pulling you backward up the hill.

Fit That Holds Under Load: Four full inches of torso adjustment and a 28 to 46 inch waist belt with lumbar support fit the frame to you. Two-stage foam padding in the shoulder straps and belt maintains comfort as the load gets heavier.

One Trip Out: The meat sling adjusts to haul an entire mature, de-boned whitetail buck. You cinch the four compression straps tight, stand up, and start walking the ridge with the whole deer on your back.

Your Pack, Your System: Six modular loop clips attach many packs to the frame, and four Gatekeeper clips mount an existing FAS Pack. The MOLLE waist belt takes a water bottle pouch or a holster.

Seen On The Way Out: Two removable blaze orange straps on the meat sling mark you clearly during the pack out. The glass-filled nylon frame weighs 5 pounds and is designed for heavy hauls across varied terrain.
