The free kick is the one moment you control completely. Train it against a real wall.
Shooting at an empty goal teaches nothing about the wall.
A Wall That Stands: Spikes fix the mannequin into the ground. It stays in place through every strike.
Real Height: At 180 cm it matches a defender. The ball has to rise and dip, just like in a match.
Grass, Turf, or Hard Court: Use the spikes on grass or add a rubber base for turf and hard surfaces.
Twenty Yards Out: The referee steps off the distance. You have struck this ball over this wall a hundred times.
Train the Wall Too: Use it for set piece positioning and defensive shape, not only shooting.
Step up to the ball knowing you have already made this kick.
