Barbell Standard Loadable Dumbbell Bars offer the perfect blend of versatility, durability, and space-savings. At 16.5" in length, our dumbbell bars are shorter and more maneuverable than standard 20.5" models which allows for a more complete range of motion while still supporting up to 210lb each. These dumbbells are like a miniature Barbell 2000, crafted from the same 206,000 PSI steel, bronze bushings, and medium knurling.

Each dumbbell bar can handle up to 210lb with 2x 45lb plates and 1x 10lb plate on each side, 130lb with 2x 25lb and 1x 10lb plates on each end, or 90lb with 4x 10lb plates on each side.

Optimal Length

At 16.5" these dumbbell bars are shorter and more maneuverable than standard 20.5" dumbbells, making them perfect for exercises like rows, presses, and curls.
