High Quality Handmade Leather Motorcycle Bedroll Straps

  • 12 oz leather saddle skirting 
  • 1.5" wide straps (16" to 20" effective length) 
  • 3/4" mounting straps

One size fits most.

*** This is designed to go above the headlight connected to the handle bars.  The set up comes with 3 slots on the 1.5" straps, and two 3/4" straps that are designed to go around the handle bars or the risers.  The 3/4" straps are also long enough to go around the 1.5" straps rather than through the slots, for a more universal fit for a variety of bikes.  Longer and custom mounting straps can be made as well upon request. ***

Leather Color, Stitching, Logo and Lettering available in custom colors. (Specify at check out) Buckles are available in black, silver and gold. (Black is default)

If you do not have a vector file, our graphic design team can work with you to create one.  (Hourly design charge)

The vector file is used to create a 3D CAD model in Solidworks. This CAD model is then used to fabricated a custom stamp of your logo. 

The stamp is then pressed into the the leather using a 12 ton Hydraulic press.

The leather is then cleaned and prepped for dying. And the hand painting process begins. Typically 5-6 coats of acrylic leather dye are applied. Then a top finishing conditioner is used to seal it in.
