A drill without a target is just activity.
Put a real plate down and every throw, toss and swing has something to answer to.
Regulation Size: The plate matches the real thing. Pitchers and hitters train against the dimensions they will see.
A Target For Every Toss: It is a natural pitching target for soft toss drills. The coach feeds, the hitter squares up, and the plate keeps everyone honest.
Built For The JUGS System: Use it with the JUGS Toss Machine or the JUGS Instant Screen. The station is complete.
Indoors Or Out: It works on gym floors and backyard grass. Practice goes wherever you set it down.
Throw It Down And Go: No setup, no stakes. Drop it in place and start the drill.
Set the plate and make every rep earn its place.
