JUGS Lacrosse Machine

Stick skills are earned in volume. The players with the most catches set the pace.

Some players wait for a partner, others catch until both hands are sharp.

Game Speed: Throws balls up to 60 mph. Players train at the speed the game is played.

Any Direction: A 360 degree swivel design throws for 60+ yards in any direction. One machine runs every drill on the field.

Three Heights: Adjustable legs set delivery heights of 45, 54 and 63 inches. Match the release to the skill.

Both Hands: Players practice stick skills with either hand. The weak side stops being a weakness.

Coach The Catch: The machine delivers the ball while the coach watches the hands. A defender fields shot after shot in the same session.

Put your players in front of the machine and count who keeps catching.
