You can fight your press with pliers and the wrong wrench, or you can use the tool made for the job.

Plate Held Still: The wrench holds the shell plate and keeps it from rotating while you change plates. You tighten the main press screw without chasing a spinning plate.

One Tool, Several Jobs: It adjusts the spindle lock and the lock rings, and it tightens or loosens the die flats. Fewer tools on the bench means fewer interruptions.

Settings That Stay: Lock rings snugged with the right wrench hold your die settings. You spend your time loading, not adjusting.
