The target does not tell you the distance before it appears. Your reticle should already have the answer.

Some sights give you one aiming point, and others give you the right one for the distance in front of you.

One Reticle, Three Distances: The Danger Close Reticle gives aiming points for 7 yards, 50 yards, and 200 yards when zeroed with .223/5.56. You hold where the reticle tells you and press.

Day Into Night: 20 daylight settings and 10 night vision settings. When the light leaves, the sight keeps working with your night vision gear.

Irons Still in View: The quick-detach mount sets a 1/3 co-witness. You bring the rifle up, and your backup sights sit low in the window, out of the way and ready.

Wet and Cold: Water-resistant to 33 feet and rated to operate from 40 below zero to 140 degrees Fahrenheit. Bad weather is just weather.

Made in the USA: One CR123 battery runs up to 1,000 hours at a nominal setting. Adjustments move 0.5 MOA per click, and the whole sight weighs 11.2 oz.
