Directions: We suggest using a water bottle to mix and fill your flask.
- Fill your flask with water
- Dump the water from the flask into a water bottle or shaker bottle.
- Add 1 scoop of Formula 369 per 2 oz of water used, into the bottle or shaker cup.
- Shake to mix thoroughly.
- Use bottle to fill soft flask with carb solution, and replace top.
You can fit up to 120g of carbs per flask.
