Bitzenburger Fletching Jig Base

Fletching that flies true starts in the jig, not at the range.

This die cast base holds the shaft, sets the nock, and lets you choose straight or helical before a vane ever touches glue.

At The Bench: You set the shaft in the cradle and index the nock. The next fletch lands where you aimed it.

Die Cast Frame: Die cast jig frame with shaft cradle, permanent magnet, and top and bottom adjustment dials.

Fletch Geometry: Top and bottom knobs set a straight fletch or change a diagonal fletch. Left and right clamps, sold separately, provide helical.

Spacing: Feathers or vanes can be spaced for 3-fletch at 120, 4-fletch at 75 x 105, 4-fletch at 90, or 6-fletch at 60.

Sold Separate: Base and clamp sold separately. Choose the standard straight, right, or left nock receiver with the jig.

Set the jig once, then fletch like the arrow already knows its job.
