Bitzenburger Fletching Jig

A vane that sits wrong will never fly right. Fletching is built on the bench, not hoped for in the air.

This jig holds the shaft, the clamp, and the angle so each vane lands the same.

Repeatable Angle: Choose straight, right wing, left wing, or crossbow straight so the helical or offset you set is the helical or offset you get.

Three Fletch Index: Indexed at 120 degrees for three fletch spacing when you rotate, clamp, and glue the next vane.

Nock Fit: The nock receiver accepts 22/64 diameter shafts with most end caps, so common arrows sit true in the jig.

Clamp Control: Each version ships with the matching nock receiver and clamp, from a straight clamp for offset work to helical clamps for wing fletching.

Bench Work: Target shooters, compound setups, overdraws, and crossbow bolts all use the same idea: one vane at a time, locked in.
