AquaBLAST 20 Liter V2 Pool Fitness Bag

Put your pool time to work.

AquaBLAST 20 liter V2 brings adjustable water resistance to a portable pool training bag.

Adjust the load: Fill the 20 liter bag with water to vary the resistance, up to 45 pounds when filled.

Move in the pool: Press, pull or push the bag through the water as you move through your exercise session.

Stay in control: Padded handles give you places to grip while the preinstalled buoyant foam supports the bag in the water.

Set up for variety: The included harness and waterproof workout cards support different exercise setups.

Pack after training: Drain the bag after your session and fold it for storage. No permanent pool installation is needed.

Finish the session with control.

Package includes the AquaBLAST 20 liter V2 bag, harness and waterproof workout cards.

Use normal pool safety practices and movements you can control. Start with less water while learning a movement. Follow your pool’s equipment rules.
