2" Gilley – Micro Aggressive. Micro Versatile.

The 2" Gilley delivers natural micro-baitfish movement designed to trigger aggressive strikes from crappie, trout, perch, and smallmouth.

This compact bait can be fished on nearly any micro jig head and can pop, bounce, crawl, swim, or drag through the water. It also makes an excellent trailer for micro skirted jigs and chatter baits. Most common jig head weights range from 1/32 oz to 1/8 oz, and the Gilley can also be fished on a drop shot. Rigging it vertically or horizontally changes the way the bait falls and moves. A vertical rig produces a faster fall while a horizontal rig creates more of a slow fall.

The 2" Gilley excels at catching creek trout and other creek species, while also putting trophy-sized crappie in the boat. It can also be used for micro-jig fishing for smallmouth in cold-water rivers and lakes.
