Martin Sports Chinese Jump Rope, 8 Foot Elastic Loop

Coordination starts with a game simple enough to begin right now.

Some recess games need a field and a referee, while others need one elastic loop and two friends.

Eight Foot Single Loop: A compact length suits small groups and younger players. Two kids hold the loop with their ankles and a third starts jumping.

Elastic Stretch: Elastic gives when the jumper lands on it. The rope moves with the game instead of stopping it.

Small to Carry: Coil it up and it fits in a cubby or a backpack. The game travels wherever the kids go.

Patterns That Build Skill: Each round raises the loop higher, from ankles to knees. Kids learn to jump with control as the challenge climbs.

Play for a Small Group: Three players is all it takes. Quiet kids find a game with a few friends.

Raise the loop one notch and see who rises with it.
