These pads channel is made from a 6063 (a soft) marine-grade aluminum, so it can spread open with a gentle rocking motion if it is too snug. Just be gentle, so as not to open too much.

The 3″ solution brackets are easy to install (and remove); they simply slide on your pontoon rails and are held with shock cords under tension to the pontoon floor fenders so everything stays secure. Easy on and easy off in minutes.
