Tradition only matters if the limb still stacks when you come to full draw.
This 90th Anniversary Grizzly uses shedua and green glass over maple limbs, with a leather side plate, for a bow that still hunts.
Limb Strength: Maple limbs with green fiberglass reinforcement take the load. You draw 45 or 55 pounds and the limb feels like a working recurve, not a wall piece.
Classic Build: Shedua and green glass construction keeps the look tied to the old Grizzly shape. The bow is right-handed across the listed weights.
Honest Rest: A leather side plate and bear hair arrow rest keep the arrow off the shelf the old way. You nock, settle the hair, and start the draw.
Working String: A Dacron string is built for lasting use.
Open To Skill: Listed draw weights run from 35 to 60 pounds. You pick the weight you can control, then you walk in.
Draw it like you mean to hunt with it.
