Singlet sizing runs by weight, not shirt size
The most common mistake is ordering a singlet like a t-shirt. Singlets size by body weight because compression fit is the point. Team ordering timelines

Design approval, production, and shipping on custom sublimation typically runs six to ten weeks, and November is when every program in the country submits at once. Work backward from your first dual. If you compete in early December, your custom order needs to be finalized by mid-September. Collect roster sizes by weight class in August, order one size run sample if the brand offers it, and pad the order with one extra singlet per size block for midseason additions. If the timeline is already blown, stock solid-color singlets in team colors are the honest fallback: they pass every rules check and nobody loses a match over sublimation.
